Refund policy

KUSHTUG Return & Exchange Policy

At Kushtug, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below:

1. Easy Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Conditions may vary based on product type and ongoing promotions.

2. Refunds

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the account will be provided by customer .
₹100 will be deducted in COD Cases.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and arrange for a quick resolution or replacement.

4. Sale & Promotional Offers

Products purchased during special offers like Sale , Buy One Get One (BOGO) or Free Gift campaigns are not eligible for return or exchange

5. Reverse Pickup Charges

A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from your refund in cases of excessive or repeated returns.

To maintain full transparency with our customers, please read the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase. Trust building is our motto.

Leather is a natural material, and each hide has its own distinct texture, tone, and grain.
The color of the product may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or photography angles.
Such variations are natural and not considered defects or reasons for return.

Real leather often carries small marks, wrinkles, or veins — these are characteristics of real leather, not imperfections. In Fact these are the signs of real leather.
Over time, your product may develop a natural patina or soft sheen, enhancing its vintage appeal.
These marks are signs of authenticity and will not be treated as manufacturing defects.

All Kushtug products are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Due to manual production, slight variations in stitching, embossing, or dimensions may occur.
Such differences do not affect the design, durability, or usability of the product.

The metal hardware (zippers, buckles, buttons, etc.) used in our products may tarnish or lose shine over time.
This can occur due to exposure to weather, moisture, or regular handling.
These changes are natural aging effects and are not covered under manufacturing defects.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your leather product:

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, water, and humidity for prolonged periods.
Clean with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth; do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners.
Store in a cool, dry place using the provided dust bag when not in use.
Apply leather conditioner occasionally to preserve the material’s softness.

Products showing signs of natural variation, marks, or minor scratches will not qualify as defective.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted for manufacturing defects (such as broken stitching, damaged hardware on delivery, or incorrect product dispatch).
